No, you do not need to be present during the estate sale. We handle everything from start to finish, including organizing, pricing, and conducting the sale. However, you are welcome to attend the sale if you wish to do so.
We can accommodate anywhere in the West Texas Area! Elevated Relics Liquidation will travel a 50 mile radius for free, once this has been exceeded, we charge 67 cents per mile.
After the estate sale, any unsold items can be donated to a charity of your choice or disposed of according to your preference. We can also provide recommendations for professional cleaning services or junk removal if needed for an additional cost.
